Return Policy

We aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every merchandise & apparel purchase. If you need to return an item from our online shop, please review our return policy below. Note: Our return policy only applies to products that are available for purchase directly through our shop, and does not apply to any other products, including whiskey or barrels.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted for items in new and unused condition.

  • All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Complete the Return Request Form below to provide details about your return.

  2. Once your form is submitted, our shipping department will review your request.

  3. If your return is approved, you will receive a pre-paid return shipping label via email.

Return Process

  1. Package the item securely and attach the provided return shipping label.

  2. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it is in new condition, we will process the replacement shipment.

Additional Information

  • Please allow 5-7 business days from the date of receiving your return for processing.

  • Rare Character does not cover return shipping costs for items not eligible under this policy.

Rare Character is not responsible for failed deliveries when:

  1. You provided an incorrect or outdated address.

  2. Your address does not contain a valid suite or apt number when one is necessary.

  3. Recipient is out of town or not available.

  4. A package is marked as ‘Delivered’ through the tracking number provided, but cannot be found; please reach out to the carrier directly.

  5. The postal carrier lost a shipment; please reach out to the carrier directly.
